This is a financial analysis and valuation model with an interactive Dashboard using Pivot Tables. It has been designed to serve as a DCF template with a simple set up that facilitates using different set of data in this model.
NJIT Investment Fund Report
This is a portfolio restructuring report that I put together and presented to the Dean and Staff as the Portfolio Manager for the fund. Through a rocky 2020, this portfolio allocation was able to outperform the S & P 500 by a significant margin.
